Manoj Payani, Co-Founder and CTO of 4Solar Global, began his journey in solar design engineering with a vision to make clean energy accessible, reliable, and scalable. With over 8 years of experience, he has led projects across Europe, covering rooftop, ground-mounted, and utility-scale systems.

In 2018, Manoj joined with Willie van Aalst to take 4Solar Global to the next level, building a team of dedicated engineers in India. Under his leadership, the company has engineered over 5GWp of solar capacity and continues to expand its global partnerships.
